It is the same price as Paintshop Pro X2 (£59.99) and has features that PSP doesn't have, including a great selection of native filters. They are so much easier to use than the Corel and Adobe equivalent products and are a good deal cheaper than Adobe too.Įase of use is comparable to Xara Xtreme and I find that all the tools that I would expect to find in photo editing software are here in PhotoPlus X3. I like the brand, having PagePlus X3 and DrawPlus X3 installed already and I am familiar with the way they work. I wanted to move away from the Corel applications I have (but cannot install) and look for something a bit different and PhotoPlus X3 seems to be what I've been looking for. If you are in the market for photo editing software along the lines of Paintshop Pro and PhotoImpact you could do a lot worse than Serif PhotoPlus X3 Digital Studio.
